The article presents a case study of a 30-year-old woman presented with a painful swelling on the right side of old caesarean scar. The patient underwent into fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) and has been diagnosed with scar endometriosis. The article also discusses differential diagnosis on lumps, misdiagnosis of scar endometriosis as stitch granuloma, and surgical excision.
