The international corporations are now faced with the new challenge of Corporate Community Relations issues to their list of management practices. The objective of this article is to examine how Korean corporations do understand the idea of Corporate Community Relations practice in their management practice. This article benefits management theory by focusing on the question of how CSR executive principles at different cultures affect the production of managerial values.
