- Abstract
The article presents a study which examined the role of pharmacological casein kinase 1 alpha (CK1α) inhibition (D4476) in regulating autophagy, protein kinase B (AKT), and Wnt/β-catenin pathways in rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog (RAS)-mutated colorectal cancer (CRC) cell lines. Other topics include the phosphorylation of β-catenin, and autophagy flux inhibition.
