The article presents views and insights of the author in selecting the right housing and services for older people in U.S. Elders and families can seek professional help by identifying sources of assistance. Parents can move in with an adult child to lessen the cost of assisted living. On the other hand, the Internet provides answers to questions about local community services. Significantly, a professional or a family member who has done research can know what could be the right or best for an older adult.
