- Authors
Aranoff, Gerald
- Abstract
The article focuses on Egypt's mixed multitude that accompanied Israelites during the time of Moses. It mentions that Moses desired the Egyptians to join him and realize he is the true God, however, according to the book of "Zohar," the mixed multitude did not become a part of the Israelites. It states that the Egypt's mixed multitude was a source of trouble, wherein their rule indicates that only the third-generation of converted Egyptians are allowed to marry an Israelite.
