- Title

- Authors
Reynolds III, Charles F.; Frank, Ellen; Reynolds, Charles F 3rd
- Abstract
The authors reflect on the recommendation statement by the U.S. Preventice Services Task Force (USPSTF) on screening for depression in adults. They argue that the recommendation is of first-rank importance given the public health burden of depression across all ages and its downstream impact. they also highlight the lack of focus on the ideal screening interval and settings with highest potential results as the major shortcommings of the recommendation.
