- Abstract
The article focuses on the developments in the international criminal procedure (ICP) and the power distribution between international criminal courts and tribunals. It discusses the model of an adversarial criminal trial, and the statutes and rules of procedure and evidence (RPEs) of three international courts and tribunals including the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY), International Criminal Court and Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia.
