The article offers the author's insights on union security of labor organizations in the U.S. The author mentions that union security prevents employee from being free riders in a union who benefitted from an organization without providing financial support. He discusses several states in the country that introduced right-to-work (RTW) bills to counter union security by making union security clauses negotiation illegal.
