- Authors
Komisaruk, Barry R.
- Abstract
The article comments on a review of studies on neuroelectrical correlates of responses to visual, genital and other erotic stimulation, which references a research paper by A. Ziogas et al., published in a 2020 issue of "Archives of Sexual Behavior." It discusses the functional magnetic resonance imaging and positron emission tomography studies of sexual arousal and orgasm ignored by the authors, and the validity of the neuroelectrical methodologies for medicolegal application.
