- Abstract
The article focuses on the difference between the university hospitals and veteran affair (VA) hospitals of the U.S. It informs that the university hospitals are full of positive attitude and happy a place as a hospital can be with the smiling employees everywhere. It adds that the VA decreases the efficiency as it is an abrasive place. It also criticizes VA as the patient their have to wait for long and also pay higher amount of fees. On the other hand, it says that the university hospital provides quicker service to the patients and draws more revenue.
