- Abstract
The author expands upon his position in his debate with libertarian theorist Walter Block on the subject of abortion, with a focus on the evictionism argument in libertarianism which seeks to resolved the pro-life verus pro-choice dichotomy. Topics include the libertarian tenet of self-ownership, the non-aggression principle (NAP), the bioethics and moral aspects of abortion, and property rights as applied to mothers and unwanted fetuses.
