A case report on cervical necrotizing fasciitis (NF) is presented. The patients in the three case studies of NF in the neck region are a 27-year-old man, a 43-year-old man, and a 74-year-old woman. Causes, symptoms, and diagnosis of cervical NF are discussed. Debridement and antibiotic therapy with clindamycin, gentamicin, and cefazolin are noted. Synonyms for NF are mentioned.
