- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 45-year-old man with nonketotic hyperglycemia who experienced ictal nystagmus, a rare clinical phenomenon of occipital epilepsy. Despite treatment adjustments, the patient continued to have seizures until optimal dosages of three antiseizure medications were administered, resulting in controlled blood sugar levels and freedom from seizures.
