- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a new born infant female who had deformities of both hands and feet since birth. The child was born after a non-consanguineous marriage and had no family medical history. There was a wide central cleft in both hands and only four digits were present and the second and third toes were missing in both the feet. The article discusses the diagnosis with ultrasonography and the surgical treatment of disease to attain functions of the hands and feet.
