- Abstract
The article provides a general account about constitutional autonomous agencies as institutions in Mexico. It is noted that the integration of international human rights sources operated by the constitutions of the region given the Inter-American Court a permanent role in day-to-day constitutional dynamics. It also analyzes reconfiguration of political action and political spaces with generation of contemporary constitutional democracies.
