- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 63 years old woman diagnosed with palmar hypokeratosis. It discusses the existence of lesion solitary erythematous patch within the thenar eminence of the left hand of the patient and high-frequency ultrasonography (HF-USG) performed on the patient. It also discusses clonal epidermal malformation, primary keratinizing disorder, and hypothesis related to the abnormalities of epidermal structure.
