The ability to generate "complex thoughts" and then to communicate them in a clearly plays an important role in the negotiation and performance of any business. Communication is a set of actions that share the transmission of information in the form of messages, news, signs or symbolic gestures, written texts, etc. between two persons appointed interlocutors, or more formally, transmitter and receiver. The term "communication" is related to our existence as humans, then as a society, because human beings are interdependent and communication. Without language communication, and we as beings who interact and relate for the most part, or entirely through the act of communication, our existence on earth would be useless. It is a dynamic process, which is in constant transformation. The company is due to communication, it means the community and is seen as a process that involves participation from members of society.
