- Abstract
The article examines the contribution and of Supreme Court Justice Frank Iacobbuci in the development of the labor law of Canada. Common and statutory law of dismissal, the law of collective bargaining and freedom of association under the Charter of Rights and Freedom were among the labor law headings discussed. Key information about the nature of labor law and Iacobbuci's role in the articulation of its basic theory is also presented.
