- Abstract
The article examines the effect of spray modes on hydrogen risk in the containment during a large break loss of coolant accident (LBLOCA) with the use of three dimensional computation fluid dynamics (CFD) code. It describes the three spray strategies which include the direct spray, both direct and recirculation spray, and without spray. Furthermore, it discusses the development of passive auto-catalytic recombiners (PAR) for the simulation through CFD approach.
