- Abstract
The article discusses a case study of two patients with exocrine pancreatic insufficiency with advanced malignant disease in the setting of palliative care. The patients were administered with pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy. Also mentioned is the significance of exocrine pancreatic insufficiency identification and pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy instigation in the control of gastrointestinal disturbance.
