- Abstract
The article focuses on en banc decision of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in the case Akamai Technologies, Inc. v. Limelight Networks, Inc. which close the divided infringement liability loophole with respect to multiactor patents. It mentions that the Court expanded relationship standard for direct infringement heeding with the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in the case Limelight Networks, Inc. v. Akamai Techs., Inc. respect to medical diagnostics and personalized medicine.
