The article focuses on recommendation towards the U.S. airline industries over adoption of approaches related to an improvement in customer services. Topics discussed include analysis of several incidents related to behaviour of the industry officials towards passengers as flight attendant of American Airlines misbehaved with passenger; observation of an increase in customer satisfaction for airline quality; and introduction of policies by United Airlines regarding customer services.
