- Abstract
The article offers information on cases of measles among adults in the U.S. associated with the adoption of children from China. Three case reports of infected adults who became ill after traveling to China to adopt a child are presented. The article provides information on the dangers of communicable disease infection for U.S. residents traveling abroad, including data on the effects of a national measles outbreak in China.
