- Abstract
The experiment was to determine the chemical components of different parts of Tartary buckwheat. The chemical constituents of different parts of tartary buckwheat were detected by liquid chromatograph, to analyze the qualitative and quantitative analysis of test results. The results showed that a total of 30 active substances and 19 trace elements were detected from the leaves, stems and roots of tartary buckwheat. The study indicates that the plant of tartary buckwheat contains valuable traditional Chinese medicine ingredients and relatively rich trace elements, which can be used for the development of traditional Chinese medicine and health feed to reduce the addition of antibiotics in feed.
