- Abstract
The experiment aimed to optimize the extraction technology of Chinese medicine compound mixture. According to the bacteriostatic ability of the extract to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, the weight coefficient was calculated by CRITIC method, and the comprehensive score (Y) of the extraction process was calculated as the evaluation index, based on the results of single factor experiment Box-Behnken response surface method was applied to optimize material-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature, and the best alcohol extraction process was obtained. The optimum ratio of liquid to material was 37∶1, the extraction time was 96 min, and the extraction temperature was 84℃.The bacteriostatic ability of the Chinese medicine compound mixture by this optimized process was 1.442 7 for Escherichia coli and 1.276 7 for Staphylococcus aureus, and the comprehensive score Y was 1.378 0. The optimized extraction process improves the bacteriostatic ability, stability and feasibility, and provides a basis for pilot test and production.
