- Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the wall surface is easy to form an enriched dead bed in the traditional cyclone supergravity separation process, which is not conducive to the differential sedimentation of particles, it is proposed to promote the bed looseness through periodic wall surface vibration, and promote the radial velocity of the separated particles to vary with the wall surface displacement, velocity and acceleration. The change produces periodic radial oscillation changes・ Using Adams to study the kinematics and dynamics of the separation model of the cyclone separator under different amplitudes and vibration frequencies, the results show that the periodic cyclone vibration has an important influence on the wall velocity and acceleration of the separator. When the amplitude is 3 cm, when the vibration frequency is 4兀, the speed is in the range of 200一300 mm/s, the acceleration is in the range of 2 500一4 000 mm/s2, the amplitude is 3 cm, and when the vibration frequency is changed to 10兀, the speed is in the range of 500一750 mm/s, and the acceleration is in the range of 15 000一25 000 mm/s2 interval. Through the periodic radial oscillation, the centrifugal force on the particles changes from the form of increasing with the decrease of the rotation radius to the oscillation mode with a certain period of variable acceleratiori. The centripetal vibration adjusts the particle settling characteristics, which helps the particles to loosen, fluidize and stratify by density differentiation.
