- Abstract
The aim of this study is to evaluate the self-motivation (motives) of human resources in the fuel institutions in Skikda and its impact on their development. Where the study targeted a sample of members of the fuel establishments in Skikda, the number of distributed forms reached (100), of which (96) were recovered, i.e. a recovery rate of 96%. And after analyzing its data and testing its hypotheses, it was concluded that self-motivation has an impact on human resource development in the fuel institutions in Skikda to a medium degree, and this is because their positive self-motivation is medium, where the determinants of self-motivation for the individual have a medium effect on the development of their human resources, and sometimes individuals are affected by factors Self-motivation, making their development average.
