- Abstract
One of the problems that arise in education is related to poor literacy as a result of dysgraphia. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to assess the effect of a psychomotor program to treat dysgraphia in a telesecundaria student from the city of Chihuahua. The research subject lived in an impoverished sociocultural environment, with few hygiene, food and discipline habits. The dysgraphia-flamenco assessment scale was used at the beginning and end of the intervention. A 12-week psychomotor program was applied. As a result, there was improvement in seven of the eight psychomotor aspects valued by the flamenco scale, as well as an increase in the activities that can be carried out without difficulty. In conclusion, the intervention improved the psychomotor aspects related to literacy and provided practical strategies and techniques to carry out writing correctly.
