- Abstract
The aims of this study were to investigate if intrapartum Caesarean section was associated with ultrasound measurements and clinical assessments at the start of the active phase of labour. ROC curves were used to predict Caesarean delivery related to HPD and AoP as continuous variables. Cervical dilatation measured with ultrasound or digitally and clinical assessments of fetal head station are poor predictors of Caesarean section.
