- Abstract
Presents a case report of a man with a painless mass in his right breast 1 year after treatment of hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Revelation of a palpable 3 cm mass in the subareolar area of the right breast upon physical examination; Failure to detect microcalcifications or spiculations; Discovery of metastatic SCC from the hypopharynx using ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy.
