A case study is presented of a 38-year-old male presented with membranous nephropathy. An account of urinary protein excretion and serum albumin count of the patient; renal biopsy reveled glomeruli; further immunofluorescence showed diffuse granular deposits with immunoglobulin G. He was diagnosed of the same using anti-phospholipase-A2-receptor (PLA2R) antibody.
