- Abstract
The article investigates the pharmacokinetics of injectable long-acting ivermectin (IVM) aqueous suspension in sheep following subcutaneous administration. Findings reveal that the IVM and hydrogenated castor oil solid-dispersion aqueous suspension has significant potential to be developed into an injectable sustained-release formulation, which could be administered as an edectocide through subcutaneous administration to sheep.
