- Abstract
Pseudoepitheliomatous keratotic and micaceous balanitis (PKMB), an entity originally described in 1961,[1] is an uncommon, acquired disease involving the skin of the glans penis which occurs in older men and may be associated with the development of a squamous cell carcinoma. We observed a complete resolution of the PKMB lesions after finishing the treatment (Fig. b). Treatment of pseudoepitheliomatous, keratotic, and micaceous balanitis with topical photodynamic therapy.
