The article presents a case study of an 82-year-old Chinese male who was presented with a six-month history of a macerated plaque in his right scrotum. He had a medical history of right upper lung non-small cell lung carcinoma with distant metastases to the liver, brain, and bone. He was eventually diagnosed with cutaneous chylous reflux (CCR).
