- Abstract
The article presents a literary criticism for Ursula K. Le Guin's book "The New Atlantis" while illustrating concepts of deep ecology, ecofeminism and social ecology used in the book. Topics discussed include struggle for survival and familial love in wilderness in the style of an apocalyptic narrative, Le Guin's Utopianism acknowledging history alongside progressive utopia, and possible future of earth regarding food supply and solar cells as depicted in the book.
