- Abstract
The study aimed to analyze the relationship between the Learning Process and Academic Satisfaction of students in the Accounting Course at UFSC during the period of social isolation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. In this sense, descriptive quantitative research was carried out, operationalized through a survey. The results revealed a good relationship between students and teachers and a significant correlation between the constructs. These findings provide evidence of a gap regarding the interaction between the themes, which can contribute to strengthen the theory of Learning Process and Academic Satisfaction in a different reality from that addressed in another research. In a practical way, it can provide an overview of how students behave and trigger strategies to improve their perception. The research advances in the literature for presenting results in an academic context during a pandemic, which suggests an innovative study.
