- Abstract
The article discusses research regarding the safety and effectiveness of percutaneous endoscopic remnant gastrostomy/duodenostomy/ jejunostomy (PErGDJ) procedures for elderly patients who have already undergone gastrectomy procedures, and it mentions that a percutaneous endoscopic gastronomy (PEG) tube might be an ethical and useful tool for an older patient who is in the terminal stage of their life.
