- Abstract
During our experiments we observed that the hospitalized pediatric, family and child nursing professional has great difficulties in communication and cooperation in the care process. And in this regard, we believe that making use of standardized instruments, drawing up on the nursing diagnoses, we opine new best practices to care. The aim of this study was to identify the key corresponding to fighting child diagnoses of hospitalization, as well as diagnoses related to family interaction. In order to raise the performance of possible practices to ease the tension and suffering of the child during the period of hospitalization. The study is an exploratory descriptive approach, qualitative, developed with three children hospitalized in a pediatric unit and their families residing in respective Sarandi - PR. Data we recollected from October 2013 through semi-structured, recorded and transcribed interview in full, as also reported clinical observations in a field journal. To analyze the information we readopted forms of cartographic- symbolic analysis of cared, according to Teixeira (2008), we have relied on their cares disorders involving the care of the self, the other and the family. Allowing that extent practically and objectively possibilities of inventive interference in care.
