Chapter 9 of the book "Silence in Philosophy, Literature, and Art" by Steven Bindeman is presented. Topics discussed include philosopher Ludwig Wittgenstein and the phenomenon of silence, the limitations of the rules of grammar in explanation, and the distinction between the visual perception in seeing and seeing as by Wittgenstein.
