- Abstract
The article focuses on importance of the three teachings aimed by Pope Benedict XVI concerning the Catholic social doctrine from the encyclical "Caritas in Veritate." It presents the teachings including the link between life ethics and social ethics, the dependence of environmental ecology on human ecology, and the priority of duties over rights. It notes the need to work on obtaining a just society and an integral development with an aim for individual perfection to fulfill the teachings.
