- Abstract
Objective: To determine the level of patient satisfaction during outpatient treatment at the musculoskeletal OPD at Mahatma Gandhi Mission's Hospital, Kamothe. Method: In 2010, patients coming to the OPD for treatment were interviewed using a self made, examiner rated questionnaire, exploring the levels of satisfaction with the treatment. Results: 100% positive results were garnered with respect to the environment .majority were satisfied with the overall quality of treatment. A few raised concerns over the cost of treatment. Conclusion: Since majority of the patients gave a positive feedback in all the components of the questionnaire, it can be concluded that they were satisfied with the overall quality of treatment they received.
