The article discusses a study comparing manual physical therapy program and conventional physical therapy program in treating osteoarthritis (OA) knee. The results showed significant improvement in range of motion at the end of week 3 from day 0 in both groups. The study also highlights the need for further studies with large sample size and some radiographic support of OA knee.
