- Abstract
The article discusses the importance of achieving fairness and protection in handling legal cases which involve people with personality disorder. It offers an explanation of the legal problems identified by Jill Peay including narrow criminal law excuses, advantageous psychopathic traits, and dichotomous criminal law. The author suggests adopting new ways of thinking about the issue to address legislative challenges.
