- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 25-year-old man with proctitis and chronic back pain. Topics include pain on palpation in the lower abdomen and no signs of peritoneal inflammation; and computed tomography revealing lytic lesions in the lower thoracic, upper lumbar, and sacral vertebral bodies, associated with several continuous collections.
