- Authors
Bruff, Harold H.
- Abstract
The article offers the author's views on the issues concerning the separation of powers between the presidentialists and the congressionalists in the U.S. According to the author, modern presidents have been served through essential bureaucracies of their own attempting to control the rest of the executive establishment of the country. The author stresses that the debates on separation-of-powers should have to always consider the actual nature of the executive branch.
