- Abstract
Considering the patient's history of herpes zoster, we diagnosed the patient with psoriasis developed atop the healing remnants of the herpes zoster, which is a typical example of Wolf's isotopic response (WIR). Graph: Figure 1. class="chapter-para">(a, b) Red lesions covered with scales on the healed parts of herpes zoster, corresponding to the left dermatomes of C8 to T3. This secondary disorder includes granulomatous diseases, malignant tumours, lichen planus, psoriasis and bullous pemphigoid, among others, while the primary disorder is most often herpes zoster.
