- Authors
Mohapatra, Seema
- Abstract
The article discusses the proposed use of American corporate law to defend the nation's Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA), and it mentions the author's push for ending what she refers to as inequality in health care and insurance coverage in America. The U.S. Supreme Court case Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores Inc., which deals with the nation's Religious Freedom and Restoration Act, birth-control pills, and the ACA's reproductive health care provision, is examined.
