In this article, the author discusses the increasing gender diversity on corporate boards in the U.S. He informs that a huge difference exists between women those who are qualified and those who sit on those boards. He states a slow marginal growth in the female representation and includes that an increase in the gender diversity of corporate boards would help to improve corporate performance.
