- Abstract
The article discusses the impact of the U.S Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit decision in case Milhauser v. Minco Products Inc. on reemployment claims under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA). It further discusses the reemployment rights law under USERRA as well as the provisions of the Act, and the case Tilton v. Missouri Pacific Railroad Co. based on entitlement of employees who went on military leave to seniority benefits.
