- Abstract
The patient was diagnosed as a case of FIP1L1-PDGFRA-positive myeloid neoplasm with T-LBL (stage IV disease) and was started on modified Berlin-Frankfurt-Münster 2000 protocol; and imatinib 100 mg was added from second week. A neoplasm with FIP1L1-PDGFRA fusion presenting as pediatric T-cell lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma without eosinophilia.
